Why is VAT is being charged?

Your subscription payments and VAT/sales tax are managed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Please refer to their list of countries and applicable taxes.

If you think that you are being wrongly charged VAT or sales tax, please contact Paddle and supply the following:

  • Paddle subscription ID (starts with sub_)
  • Paddle customer ID (starts with ctm_)

Both are shown when you log in to our Customer Portal (see screenshot below).
